Forms project

Project Description

The project, titled “Forms in Add Plus,” involves the design of the software architecture to be implemented in the online platform called Add Plus. This will enable the subsequent development of the computer code for the implementation of the functions included in a digital publishing section, to be named “Forms” or something similar. This section will allow pre-formatted editing or linking of videos, texts, and open-ended questions to create multimedia digital compendiums that can be used as support for training and information activities, as well as for rapid interaction with the public. This service has proven to be highly sought-after in the digital services market.

Project Innovation

The combination of the Media Kit structure, which provides automated support as a digital format accessible on both mobile devices and PCs, with the implementation of the contents of the planned section, called “Forms,” will constitute the true innovation, providing companies in the creative and cultural sector with a rapid and targeted editing service: ease of use of the Media Kits with Forms for ready-made solutions, rapid customization, and a powerful sharing system. The new service to be designed will leverage the services already included in the platform, enabling the dissemination of these new digital editorial compendiums both through sharing on online platforms (such as social media or chat) and through mailings (digital CRM), with the ability to certify the contents through Blockchain Notarization functions. A unique publishing service that will allow multiple digital objectives to be pursued using a single multimedia digital medium, the Media Kit featuring the Forms format: from communication to content certification, from web sharing to client network management.

Action to Include People with Disabilities

The adoption of different types of media formats with the “Forms” format being planned (text, audio, and/or video), and therefore the choice to adopt one or all of them simultaneously, allows for a diversified response to the different needs or abilities to inform and be informed. In this sense, the use of digital formats created with the Media Kits described above by people with disabilities certainly overcomes a barrier in the media consumption of descriptive content on cultural heritage in general.

The project’s ability to contribute to the green transition

Like any digital innovation project, “Forms in Add Plus” contributes to strengthening the transition to digital by gradually abandoning methodologies tied to paper-based dissemination and similar methods. The adoption of innovative digital practices such as the one described facilitates the transition to “green” choices and environmental sustainability.

The project’s ability to sustain itself over time

The project aims to create a new way to enjoy cultural and creative content. One approach, the one proposed with Addplus‘s digital Media Kits and the type of “Forms” being planned, certainly has all the credentials to appeal to younger generations who use and “consume” various types of media information, particularly audio and video. However, from the perspective of multimedia information that can be shared using a single medium, such as those Media Kits, it could also be an excellent tool for consolidating those groups that are more familiar with textual information.

Project funded by the TOCC measure with funds from the European Union – “NextGenerationEU”.
