The purpose of the method is to perform an automatic archiving of the aforementioned resources that allows them to be associated with a marker, such as a QR Code, and to also be able to catalog folders and subfolders by assigning to these another marker of the QR Code type that allows their traceability. The purpose, therefore, is to catalog online types of documents and massive storage folders from a PC by transforming the folders into editable digital binders (Media Kit), containing the documents to be archived in the cloud, and, by associating these with the tracers, trace the position in the online storage structure that will allow its contents to be expanded with heterogeneous media types (video, images, url, etc.).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"title-h2\">Description of the funded project<\/h2>\n<p>The enhancement project referred to in the Brevetti+ Call was implemented through preliminary analyses and checks of technical feasibility and subsequent design of the software architecture for the future development of the software to be implemented in the Addplus\u00ae platform structure, which was conceived as the \u201carchiving structure\u201d for the automation services of the patented method. The specialist services requested with the project on display concerned the design area. The set of services necessary for the enhancement of the patent essentially concerned macro-area A and to a minimal extent macro-area B, as provided for in art. 7 of the call.<br \/>\nMore specifically, the plan envisaged the acquisition of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>feasibility study (A);<\/li>\n<li>analysis and definition of the software architecture of the patented method (A);<\/li>\n<li>strategic communication and promotion plan (B)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; Feasibility Study, functionality in the valorization strategy &#8211;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Feasibility Study had as its specific purpose the identification of the IT development processes to be designed as software architecture for integration into the Addplus\u00ae platform for the new functionalities of the patented method, and which can be broadly summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>definition and description of the automatic cataloging process within the Addplus\u00ae management structure of the acquired document resources;<\/li>\n<li>definition and description of the automatic cataloging process within the Addplus\u00ae management structure of a set of document resources organized in folders, subfolders and documents for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; Analysis and definition of the Software architecture, functionality in the valorization strategy &#8211;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the most substantial service of the designed services plan given the nature of the patented method. The Design primarily concerned the analysis of the current software structure and subsequent verification of the possible implementation of the processes illustrated in the feasibility study to define and describe the functional procedures to be implemented in the platform to realize the patented method; at the same time, the functional coherence check with the existing platform was performed in order to make the future development of the code perfectly integrable, also from the graphic point of view and the levels of optimization of the &#8220;user experience&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The patent concerns the method for the automation of the marking and cataloging processes of digital and\/or paper resources (to be digitized) in an online archiving structure. The purpose of the method is to perform an automatism in the archiving of the aforementioned resources that allows them to be associated with a marker, of the QR Code type, and to be able to also catalogue folders and subfolders by assigning to these another marker of the QR Code type that allows their traceability. (video, images, url, etc.).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"title-h2\">Objective of the patent<\/h2>\n<p>The strategy for the patented method is based on the automation of the process of cataloging and massive archiving of digital document resources, and related folders and subfolders that contain them, to achieve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the implementation of the traceability of resources with the generation\/association\/application of optical reading markers;<\/li>\n<li>the increase in archivable contents thanks to the conversion of folders and subfolders into online Media Kits;<\/li>\n<li>the sharing with third parties of these contents thus &#8220;packaged&#8221;, both to implement forms of co-working within the digital environment and for publishing activities in chats, net-social or emailing for corporate communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project financed with the Brevetti+ measure with funds from the European Union &#8211;
